How long does my hair have to be for dread extensions?
Your hair would have to be 5inches and longer to put in extnesions. To wear falls, you would have to have medium length hair.
How many extenions do i need for a full head?
You would need 80-120 dread extensions. It doesn't matter on the thickness of your hair.
How can i wash my extensions/falls?
Extensions - You can use diluted shampoo or normal shampoo on your roots only!! Do not blow dry your hair, let the dreads air dry. Only wash about once a week and do not comb/brush the extensions.
Dread Falls - If you really must wash them, use a little shampoo and cool water. If you use warm water it will unravel them. Otherwise just spray them with febreeze and that will remove any smells.
Foam Falls/Cyberlox - Only clean these either with a spray of febreeze or a damp cloth.
What do i do if my dreads unravel?
If your dreads become unravelled, twist them back to shape first. You can seal them by spraying a little water on them an sealing them with your straighters, but don't press down too hard. Also with a blow dryer or an iron. If you can't get them sealed up, you can send them back and we can reseal them for you. There are also tutorials online to help you.
Do you do rush orders?
Yes i do. If you need your order by a certain date, please email me with all the details and i will see what i can do. There is no extra charge for rush orders. Please email me first before placing your order, i only do 5 orders at a time.
How long can I keep my extensions in?
You can keep your extensions in for up to 4 to 5 weeks. Once taken out let your hair cool for about 2 weeks before braiding them in again. Extensions can be used for months and months.
Will wearing extensions damage my hair?
Your hair wont be damaged if you look after it properly. Some hair though can become weak with your entensions in and when you remove your extensions, it will come out. It's nothing to worry about, it's natural when this happens.

Will my order take longer if i don't pay by Payal?
Yes. If you are paying by cash it can be payed into the account automatically. Postal Orders can take a few days to clear. Also depends on how long it takes to get to me by the post.
What if I change my mind about the order?
Once payment is recieved i order in the supplies needed to make out the order and do not offer a refund. However if you change your mind before i accept you sending payment, please let me know ASAP!!
Can i pay a deposit and the rest when my order is finished?
At the current moment i am only accepting full payments for orders.
Is the processing times on the main page accurate?
Not exactly. It depends on when i recieve payent and if there is already an order in front of yours. You will be notified when i start your order. Also to keep an update on your order, go to the Order Status page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes i do.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary, depending on where you are. I usually charge:

USA: £2.50

If i live if your area, can i collect my order from you?
Yes, it is an option. If you live in the area and want to save on postage, i do offer a pick-up service. Please email me for details and we can arrange something.

What do you use to make your Dread Falls and Extensions?
I use 100% kanekalon jumbo braid hair or kanekalon silky straight, various fine tooth combs and a steamer.
