1. Processing time starts from when you make payment and ends when your item is shipped out to you.
2. Returns are not accepted, except for some circumstances. Returns or exchange are only accepted if the item is completely damaged, wrong color or wrong size. These items must be unused and returned within 7 days(UK)/ 12 days(International) of receipt of the shipping date. Please notifiy if you are looking a replacement or refund.
3. Royal Mail will be used to post out all items. All items are sent out on recorded delivery.
4. Customers must provide a full name and address(First & Second name,House/Flat number,Street name,County/State,Postal/Zip Code). We cannot be held responsible if a package is returned to us if the details given on the order form are wrong. All details are double checked before being labelled on the package.
5. An insurance cover of $1.00 is offered. If you chose not to have the insuranc, we will not be held responsible for orders that are delayed or go missing.
6. Orders must be payed in full when you recieve a confirmation e-mail saying that your order form has being recieved. If payment is not recieved with 2 weeks of the notification email, your order will be cancelled.
7. You will be notified when your order is complete and the date it has been shipped. You will also be told an estimate date arrival of your package.
8. All types of payment is accepted. Paypal is the most quickest way to make your payment. The quicker the payment is recieved the faster your order can be processed and shipped to you. I also accept concealed cash(AT YOUR OWN RISK!!), Postal/Money Order(UK Buyers Only). Payment must be in UK British Pounds.
